Survey for RMT 2026 - Turango Coaching and Training

Welcome to the teamwork survey!

The best way to understand the situation inside the team is to listen to all of its members. That’s why I’d like to ask you to share your thoughts and personal feelings on collaboration in your Regional Management Team Region Comet (called in the survey RMT).

I'd also like to understand what challenges you're facing and how the collaboration is going within your local teams (in the countries you manage). That's why questions number 5 and 6 are specifically concerned with the teams that you lead (which is called 'local team' in the survey).

It is very important to receive honest answers. Based on your feedback, I can design exercises and prepare practical discussions for the workshop planned for October 15th.

The survey is anonymous. I will only summarise my general conclusions from your answers.
